The following individual have dedicated their time to serve as a board member of one our more entities that make up Lifting Dreams Community Development Inc. 

Founder/CEO

Chante LeMon Earl Sr.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Lifting Dreams Community Development,Inc—a Non-Profit 501(c)3 company - 

His mission is to empower families and equip them with the tools to become self-sustaining by assisting them with resources, education, networks, tools and support and develop affordable housing within the community. Earl brings years of experience as an industry leader in Real Estate Investment and Financial Strategies . 

He is an Author, Real Estate Agent, Educator, Inspiration   Speaker, and Community Leader. He brings many years of years of experience to this organization that is propelling this organization forward with technology and financial literacy.

Tajuan Verrett-Earl

Tajuan Verrett-Earl is a CO-Founder and Executive Director of Lifting Dreams Community Development Inc. Tajuan has 15 year in the social service field. Tajuan has directed many programs around employment , parenting, and rap-around. Tajuan has a passion for working with families within the community developing outreach programs.

Danielle Crawford

Danielle Crawford, M.Ed. has been in the field of education for over 25 years.  Her passion is education and literacy in the community. She has served various populations in the San Bernardino City area.  As an educator, Danielle Crawford has worked diligently with parent groups and community partners to support local events that promote education of the whole child and family.  In addition to educational awareness and parenting events, Danielle has supported tutoring programs and initiatives to educate the underserved in our local community.  Danielle is an advocate for education for all learners as that is a fuel for lifting dreams.

Marcela Robinson

Marcela was born in Panama. She attended Estelle Harman school of performing arts in Hollywood.

Upon completing her studies in performing arts, she pursued a short career in acting. She, then, moved on to writing, producing, and directing stage productions in Hollywood. She interrupted her showbiz career, to pursue an academic career.

Macela obtained her BA, MA, JD, and Ph.D. at several universities in California. She taught high school for a few years. Then, after studying Law in California, she worked as a Defense Attorney and, concurrently, as a university professor at nights.

Brian Walker

Brian Walker Sr. is a community activist who has a heart for uplifting the community. He is a actor, comedian and has experience in mentoring other around fine arts. Mr. Walker  has a heart for community outreach. He has volunteered with many community organizations throughout San Bernardino County.

Jenise Bush

Jenise Bush, Ed.D has served professionally as an Educator for 23 years. She and her husband Dr. Edward Bush are community activists and have two young adult children. Dr. Bush is the founder and CEO of Powerful, Praying, Wives Inc.
